Personal information collection policy

Le collectif 7 À NOUS is a community organization managed horizontally by its members. In terms of the collection of personal information, this means that information from active and salaried members, partners and users is collected to varying degrees in order to provide the best possible service to the community. It also means that information is accessible, in a segmented way, by the members who coordinate the various aspects that bring our ecosystem to life (finance, development, programming, reservations, associative life, etc.).

The 7 À NOUS collective is committed to putting resources in place to protect the personal information of our community and to act in the event of an incident.

A personal information collection policy is currently under development. We have set up a team to handle the responsibilities related to this policy. This team is made up of : Carlos Mondragon (salaried member – Soutien des cercles de cohésion et de RH), Carl Robichaud (salaried member – Responsable administratif et comptable) and Isabelle Monast-Landriault (salaried member – Responsable de l’accueil et de l’intégration).
